Apos® device. Wearing them all the time can cause the body to become too tired so the body is not learning as well as it should. Use the device as prescribed by your clinician for the best results and comfort.

Apos® device can be work at any time, you could even break up the time throughout the day as needed for example, wear in the morning before work then take them off go out, and finish up in the evening after returning home.

Your Apos® clinician will work with you to create a wearing schedule that is best fits you. The wearing program will change over time based on your needs, your goals and how you are doing.

In general, if you stop exercising what would happen to your body? In a similar way, when you stop wearing your Apos® device the muscles start to go back to their old patterns. We recommend incorporating time in your Apos® device with your usual activities, the program is flexible over time as you start to feel better, you will work with your Apos® Clinician to find a wearing program that works for you.

Your Apos® clinician will try to set realistic and achievable goals based on your reports and available information. It helps to communicate with your Apos® clinician at the scheduled follow ups and continue to follow instruction of your usual healthcare provider.

Apos® program is cumulative where it takes about 2-3 months to feel noticeable improvement. It is important to wear the Apos® device regularly using the guidelines provided by the Apos® clinician.

Absolutely. If your provider is not aware of Apos®, please educate your provider about starting the Apos® program and facilitate communication of your healthcare provider and the Apos®.

If it’s been over 1 week and you have not received your Apos® device, please email [email protected] so we can assist in tracking it and ensure it’s delivered.

The classification of Apos® as a physical therapy or DME benefit will vary depending on your insurance company. Please call your insurance company directly to ask how Apos® treatment is covered under your plan. You can also request us to verify your benefits and coverage on your behalf.
